Wheels Up was founded by Kenny Dichter in 2013. Since then, Wheels Up has acquired Travel Management Company, Delta Private Jets, and Gama Aviation Signature. With these acquisitions, Wheels Up is the second largest private aircraft operator in the United States. Wheels up operates a membership based model involving a number of options. Core Membership

A good choice for semi-regular private travelers. The Wheels Up Core membership allows users to request on-demand private aviation services.

A core membership has a one-time initiation fee of $17,500. Annual dues start at year 2 for $8,500.

Business Membership

The ideal option for frequent private travelers. The Wheels Up Business membership allows users to request on-demand private aviation services with lower billable rates.

A business membership has a one-time initiation fee of $29,500. Annual dues start at year 2 for $14,500.
