- What LeBron uses his private jet for
- What kind of jet LeBron owns
LeBron James has reached many milestones in his career as an NBA Superstar. From NBA Championships to endorsement deals worth $480 million, LeBron is no stranger to celebrity life. The four-time NBA MVP has scored himself his own private jet, a Gulfstream G280 worth around $22 million. LeBron is known as a family man, he uses his private jet to make time for his family. For example, he charter his G280 just to watch his son, LeBron James Jr, play in his high school basketball game. LeBron has gone as far as to restrict his children from riding on his private jet to teach them a lesson about humility and to see how fortunate they are.
LeBron has used his jet to attend his close friend, Carmelo Anthony‘s wedding back in 2010, but other than that LeBron used his jet to go see his family and to go on vacations. Back when LeBron was just coming up into the NBA, Adidas sent him and his friends a private jet to see a courtside Lakers game. This was to push LeBron to sign with Adidas for a shoe deal, but this bribe was not enough for LeBron, eventually signing a deal with Nike. Along with sending him a private jet and courtside seats, Sony Vaccaro, the CEO of Adidas, offered a $100 million contract to LeBron, but he still did not budge.
Wow would think he would use the lakers Jet
