- Mr Kaufmans career in aviation before and while owning Worldwide Jet
Mr. Kaufman brings to the Worldwide Jet team 20 years of aviation experience, with a background in Part 91, 121, and 135 operations. Over the course of his career, he has been a flight instructor, has held posts overseas managing and operating aircraft in Eastern Europe in worldwide operations, and served as Chief Pilot and Director of Operations.
In his current role, Mr. Kaufman is responsible for the day-to-day flight and business operations of Worldwide Jet, including new business development, client relations, and aircraft acquisitions. Mr. Kaufman graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Political Science and Communications, and has a Masters of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, he is type rated in the Westwind IA-JET, Challenger CL-600 series, and the Global Express BBD-700.
