The number of COVID-19 cases have been picking up recently as it pertains to the aviation industry. With flight demand increased and more people testing positive for COVID, it causes a shortage of workers which is exactly what is happening at airlines all across the country.

With over thousands of flights cancelled since the beginning of the new year, that number could grow more as more people test positive for COVID.

Furthermore, restrictions and travel laws could be tightened if this issue grows larger.

In a time where traveling volume and demand is growing, if this same trend picks up, there could be further cancellations and, should that be the case, delays and cancellations could be here to stay for awhile.
