The new movie “Top Gun: Maverick” features “high-speed intense dogfighting scenes of F/A-18 Super Hornets dogfighting, dodging missiles, chasing through canyons, and zooming over snow-capped mountaintops,” Yahoo! News reports.

These scenes were filmed using an Embraer Phenom 300E business jet, outfitted with special cameras and equipment, that “set the standard for aerial cinematography,” Kevin “K2” LaRosa II, aerial coordinator and lead camera pilot, shared with Florida Today.

The Phenom 300E is a fast and agile aircraft, making it the perfect choice for filming such action-packed scenes. Its high-definition cameras were able to capture all the excitement of the dogfights, giving moviegoers an up-close and personal look at the action.
