FAA Proposes $3M Fine Against Moser Aviation, LLC. The commonly known charter operator Moser Aviation who operate a fleet of Nextant 400xti’s has been under fire recently from their wrongdoings. The FAA released a statement back in July saying, “The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a $3,009,500 civil penalty against Moser Aviation in Englewood, Colo., for allegedly conducting 1,018 flights without qualified management personnel. The FAA alleges that between January 2020 and May 2021, Moser Aviation conducted the  flights in multiple aircraft without a qualified chief pilot to oversee the operations.
