FAA Proposes $3M Fine Against Moser Aviation, LLC. The commonly known charter operator Moser Aviation who operate a fleet of Nextant 400xti’s has been under fire recently from their wrongdoings. The FAA released a statement back in July saying, “The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a $3,009,500 civil penalty against Moser Aviation in Englewood, Colo., for allegedly conducting 1,018 flights without qualified management personnel.
