Hammacher Schlemmer, an Illinois-based retail and catalog company, has introduced “The Flying Hovercraft”, a powerful flying vehicle that can fly over land and water.

The Flying Hovercraft can fly up to 155 miles at 70 mph, and it can hover 20 feet above the ground. The company says it’s able to fly in 25 mph winds and up to six feet waves due to its low center of gravity, fiberglass hull, and PVC components.

The hovercraft is capable of carrying payloads weighing up to 600 lbs in flight. It has integrated wings and an enclosed cockpit that can accommodate two persons – the pilot and a passenger. To operate the hovercraft the owners need a boat license to pilot it.
